Five Things The Chamber Did For Your Business: January 13 – January 17, 2025

Week of Monday, January 13 - Friday, January 17, 2025

As we begin the new year, the Murrieta/Wildomar Chamber of Commerce is focused on continuing our mission to serve as the Catalyst for Growth, the Convener of Leaders and Influencers, and the Champion for a Thriving Community in Southwest Riverside County. This month, we’ve already made strides in supporting our local businesses and fostering collaboration within the region. Here are the Five Things the Chamber Did for Your Business This Past Week:

1. Southwest California Legislative Council Meeting
We kicked off the year with the first Southwest California Legislative Council (SWCLC) Meeting, featuring a comprehensive post-election briefing and an engaging guest presentation by Third District Supervisor Chuck Washington. This month’s meeting provided key insights into the election results and the priorities for our region moving forward, giving business leaders the information they need to navigate the legislative landscape in 2025.

Mark your calendar for the next meeting on Monday, March 10 at the SRCAR Building, click for more details!

2. Coffee with the City of Wildomar
We hosted the first Coffee with the City of Wildomar for 2025, where Mayor Ashlee DePhillippo warmly welcomed attendees and shared her inspiring vision for the year ahead. This event offered a great opportunity for community members to connect with local leadership, learn about upcoming initiatives, and engage in meaningful conversations about how to shape the future of Wildomar.

Our next Coffee with the City of Wildomar will be on Tuesday, February 11 at our new location, The Community Room at Kaiser Permanente Wildomar Trail, click for more details!

3. All Chamber Mega Mixer Approaching
The Chamber team has been hard at work preparing for an exciting year ahead, and we are gearing up for the highly anticipated All Chamber Mega Mixer at the end of the month. This event is a prime opportunity for businesses to network, showcase their products and services, and connect with other professionals. Act quickly—expo tables are nearly sold out, so don’t miss your chance to give your business the exposure it deserves! Click for more details!

4. Murrieta Student of the Month
We proudly celebrated five exceptional students at the January Murrieta Student of the Month event.
